Should we ask you to provide any information by which you can be identified, it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy. If you are traveling with any other people, you must ensure that they understand how their information will be used and that they have given their permission for you to share it with us. If you have given us information about someone else, you are deemed to have their permission to do so.
The personal information we collect is necessary in order to prepare your travel itinerary and make essential transport, accommodation and tour reservations on your behalf. It may be necessary for us to share your information with pertinent authorities, hotels or other accommodation, our contractors, service providers and suppliers in order to fulfill our business obligations as a tour operator.
We may use you contact information for communication purposes, for example we may send you offers and news about our company. Please contact us if you would like to opt out of this communication at any time.
We may ask for information pertaining to your physical health or special dietary requirements, if your trip will be physically demanding or if you require special access due to a disability. We may also ask you to share any medical conditions and medication that you take which a hospital may need to know in the event of an emergency. It is your choice and responsibility as to whether you wish to share this information.
We do not rent, sell or share the personal information that we hold with any 3rd party organizations for the purposes of marketing products or services. Your data is never given to advertisers.

This includes sharing your information within Real Latin America SA as necessary and carefully selected third parties providing a service to us or on our behalf, these include, our insurance providers, and or our banks or other financial services we utilize who may require details for fraud or anti-money laundering obligations.

We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.
What we will not do with your information
Unless required to do so by law, or for other similar reasons, other than those outlined above, we will never otherwise share personal information without good reason. We will in any other event ask for your consent to share that information and explain the reasons.
